[gmx-users] trjconv and -centre

Is it possible to use the -centre option of trjconv
only in one direction?  I have a fairly complex
system, which I'd like to centre differently in the
separate axes by two groups.  But obviously if I merge
the groups together, I get one bad result, and if I
run one after the other, the latter will take
precedence.  I can fudge it with -translate, but it's
not ideal.
