[Bulk] [gmx-users] tpbconv to continue a run that has finishes

What do you mean by it reran from scratch?  What's the
result of tpbconv?  tpbconv works its way through the
entire trajectory before creating another run input
file, which will only happen if there's more
trajectory to compute - provided by -extend (or
-until?).  Otherwise, it just doesn't output anything,
I think.
