The changing punctuation is meaningful here here. That additional "-1" 
denotes a revision number for the RPM package, not the version of the 
software. Someone building a package of 3.3 that has (for example) 
different configuration options using the same 3.3 version source code 
might number it 3.3-2. Further, if you scroll down to version 3.2 you 
will see links to gromacs-3.2.1-1.i386.rpm, and if you go to the source 
code tarball download it is 3.3.
