[gmx-users] gromacs3.3.1 compilation error in SGI

Dear Mr.Lindahl,
But I have not edited that file "gmx_chi.c" for any reason. Only thing I
edited was the  file "gmx_fft_fftw3.c"
for my previous error reported. The same version compiled fine in Cygwin
. But I need it in SGI for performace reason.
Please help me to compile it in SGI!
