[gmx-users] Group not found in indexfile

Probably that you manipulated your coordinate file and lost the C of
DPPC and in the mdp file and index it is still define as DPPC.

Solutions:
edit your index and change DPPC to DPP
edit your coordinate file and change DPP to DPPC.
