[gmx-users] dividing too large trajectory into smaller fragments

Do some diagnosis... you could find out the file system type, whether 
other large files work normally, etc. Is it a "this file" problem, 
"these tools" problem, "large files" problem, "this file system" 
problem, or "this user" problem? :-)
