[gmx-users] Fatal Error: Wrong string Length and XTC error

Hi,

I am running some peptides in water (10 ns, 5000,000 steps). For some of 
the peptides I get the following errors. There are different 
sub-segments of the same peptide which give both the errors mentioned 
below.

Please Advise
