[gmx-users] How to set the reference point!

Dear all,
   
  If i'd like to investigate the movement of somes atom from the fix point (like a center point), are there any tools to do as that? Or if i know the coordinates of the center point, how can i set the reference point to invsetigate what i'd like to see!
