[gmx-users] processor time

Hi there,

for a application to a Hitachi super computer I need to estimate the  
processor time needed. I know the Gigaflops (and clocktime and stuff)  
per processor, but have no idea how fast the  jobs will run. SInce I  
didn't find the processor on the benchmark list, I'd like to know if  
there is a clever way of estimating the speed - or will I have to try  
and benchmark?
