[gmx-users] how to search the parameter file

hello everybody,
i'm very new to this field.new user of gromacs.i need a basic information
that how to search for the inbuild parameter file for the metal ion which is
i'm interested.i doesnt know i'm correct or not.if its wrong plz correct me.
