[gmx-users] incomplete frame from .trr file

dear all,
 I get the output files .trr and .xtc files from
mdrun. The xtc file doesn' have a problem but when i
gmxcheck .trr file it say WARNING: Incomplete frame :
nr 2 time 40
 What happens?
i cannot do anything with this .trr file?
 Could anyone explain me what will the cause of error?
