[gmx-users] Atom NZ1 not found in rtp database in residue LYSH, it looks a bit like NZ

Dear all,

I was upgrating version 3.2.1 to the new version 3.3 in GROMACS.  I 
changed my force field files (ffG43a1p) to the changed format of .hdb 
and .tdb files in version 3.3.  The .rtp file and all the .dat files are 
the same also.

But there is an error;
"Atom NZ1 not found in rtp database in residue LYSH, it looks a bit like NZ"
Do anyone know why this could be and how this can be fixed?
