[gmx-users] using DSSP outside gromacs

Hi,
After enough try I could not run dssp from gromacs made do_dssp utility.
I run gromacs-3.3.1 in cygwin under WindowsXP.
Now I am thinking off running dssp outside of gromacs for trajectory
file (PDB format) to know secondary structure variation during time
scale. Any special script is written for with any of you?

Looking for your suggestions...
