Hi, I noticed that you now have mdp options for GB but i can't find any 
documentation at all in your web page on how to use it.
There is something on one of the tutorial mdp files, but it also says 
implicit_solvent = no
I think.

Is this functional or no? If yes, what are typical parameters for the 
options that are parsed?
