[gmx-users] problem from 3.2 to 3.3 version

Hi gmx-users,
I would ask you if there are problems reading a trr file form 3.2.1 
version to 3.3 version...
I have some problems, because in the 3.2.1 version it was all ok, but in 
3.3 version the box is going to explode..., reading the trr 3.2 file or 
starting from the last sample...
anyone can help me?
I have to riequilibrate all and restarting?:(
