There's no binaries yet but you can compile the sources and use Gromacs 
under Cygwin or wait for someone to compile and put it in the download 
section. There were some threads on this list some days ago (even an 
Howto if i remember well, you can browse it or search the site for 
informations http://www.gromacs.org/search/index.php).
