[gmx-users] protein insertion

Dear freinds
I want to make hole in popc and insert protein in
lipid.
I do all steps but I do not know when i use below
command , what is happend?
mdrun -v -hole -holep hp.mdp -deffnm insert ...
what is outfile?
how can i insert protein in popc?
