[gmx-users] gromacs 3.3.1 with fftw 3.12 and the current version of AIX 5.2

Hi, all,

     Has anyone out there successfully compiled
gromacs 3.3.1 with fftw 3.12 and the current version
of AIX 5.2 on a Bluegene server?  I am not sure how
the environment variables should be set.  Your input
would be much appreciated.
