[gmx-users] Disulfide between protein Cys and GSH

Dear all,

 

Is there any way to make a disulfide between protein CysSH and GSH? Or an
interchain disulfide?

I am interested in running MD for Protein-S-SG (i.e. glutathiolated
protein).
