Hello. g_saltbr is a program for calculating salt bridges during simulations. But what exactly it calculates? For example, it gives 9 different distances between the same ARG and ASP. For another two it gives 5 distances, or even 2! So the question is distance between WHAT POINTS is calculated? Thanks
