[gmx-users] Number of grid cells is zero!!

Inserting the string "Fatal error: Number of grid cells is zero.
Probably the system and box collapsed." into the search at
http://www.gromacs.org/external/search.html finds the following messages
on the emailing list that deal / mention with this type of error:

As the warning messages have noted, your system is exploding.  You need
to find out why.  Have you observed the trajectory to see what is
happening to atoms within it?
