[gmx-users] The fifth column of the output file of g_sas command

Hi all,

I have a question about the output file of g_sas. The fifth column corresponds to Solvation free energy.

I selected the whole peptide for analyzing. It did not take negative value, but rather it took positive values.
As it takes larger + values, it means that the peptide or group under consideration interacts with solvent (water) favorably?
