[gmx-users] topolbuild: attempt at a Gromacs topology builder added to Gromacs user contributed software

Thanks to andrea carotti, I discovered an error in
topolbuild
as submitted.  My compilation environment is overly
robust.
Therefore in the make files, the compilation line
needs a
-lm included.
Thus, the correct compilation line would read:

     	$(CC) -o $(PROGRAM) $(CFLAGS) $(SOURCES) -lm
