[gmx-users] Examples

Examples are usually submitted with software or a book.
  They are not my work, they are a better manual.
  Someone else example is different from what I do.
  I need to know how to do it in general in terms of units and anything else.
  There are examples in, for example, MSDN library and almost everywhere in general.
