[gmx-users] MD simulation of Alpha d-mannopyranosyl (1-6) alpha d-mannopyranose

Hi 
 
Somer,

  I want to simulate my Alpha d-mannopyranosyl (1-6) alpha d-mannopyranose         
explicitly using my NOE restrain.
 I am new to MD using GROMACS .
 Please,give some thought .
