[gmx-users] eigenvalues as a function of time

Hi Marcus,

Thank you for your comment. By splitting I mean separating them as a
function of time (and not as an ensemble of given eigenvalues). I'll
try to do what you suggest and see what I get. I'll let you know if
things worked out well.
