I have built an all atom topology file for "chaps" as i have already
discussed in previous mails, with charges from Gaussian DFT. The current
problem is with the grompp.

the # signs show the errors.The total [dihedral] section is also erroneous
having no improper dihadrals.
I am confused how i can input the default bond, angles, dihedral types in the default files of oplsaa in the gromacs topology folder.
