[gmx-users] can we regenerate *.trr by *.log??

Dear Friends,
          Please let me know, if accidently I deleted ab.trr file, but I
have ab.log file, so can I regenerate ab.trr by ab.log file?
         If this is not possible, would I have do that simulation again?
