[gmx-users] bootrstrap complains about serial nr

When bootstraping the latest release-3-3-patches i get the following 
message:

/usr/share/aclocal/xml-i18n-tools.m4:27: the serial number must appear 
before any macro definition

configure runs without problems afterwards and make also seem unaffected 
by the error/warning above. Is it a bug, or should I just ignore this?
