[gmx-users] calculation of eigenfrequency

Dear gmx-users.

Greetings. I was running the command line : g_nmeig_d -f 3ns.nm.mtx -s
3ns.tpr -of eigenfreq.xvg -ol eigenval.xvg -v eigenvec.trr
But the file eigenfreq.xvg is empty. I didn't understand why.
How can I do to extract eigenfrequency ?
