[gmx-users] Mean squared displacement for fast moving particles

Hi all !

I want to calculate Mean squared displacement of fast moving particles from a gromacs trajectory. The way I will define fast moving particles is choice based, lets say particles which have possess velocities 2 standard deviations above the mean velocities at a given temperature. Does any one know how should I proceed ? 

I have the topology, and trajectories already generated.
