Find out the IP address of the switch, then telnet there. You will see  
some prompt
like

ProCurve Switch 2848#

then type <menu>. Under item 2) subitem 2) you will find the port/ 
trunk settings. There is
a column "Flow Ctrl" on the right hand side for each port which you can
toggle from "Disable" to "Enable" with the space bar. More information  
will
be available in the manual, see e.g.
