I really think this is less significant than point #1 I mentioned before. Be
sure you are actually setting the relevant .mdp parameters (couple-lambda0,
couple-lambda1, etc) as they will heavily influence the results. Leaving them
as default (as you are doing, per the .mdp file you provided) may give you
something other than what you want.
And do consult the links I provided; they give excellent background on the
nature of these calculations.
