[gmx-users] Average pdb coordinates

Dear Friends

To get coordinates at specific ps i used to use following command

trjconv -f md.xtc -s md.tpr -o 2000.pdb -dump 2000

*I want average pdb coordinates between 0ps to 2000ps, How i can get it ?*
