[gmx-users] Help to run demo- reg

Dear all,
I have installed gromacs 4.5.1 in RHEL5.5 server. Then i was started to run
demo but still its running ( more then 5 hrs). How long will take time to
complete.
Any other possible way is there to increase speed ?
Anybody can help me?
