[gmx-users] Harmonic potentials -- Lagrangian multipliers

Dear Gromacs Users,

Following question -
Are bonded intramolecular interactions also solved
by Lagrangian multipliers, in case of harmonic
potentials in Gromacs ?
Could you please give me some reference or hint.
