[gmx-users] configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (off_t)

Dear all,

I'm trying to install gromacs 4.5.3, I've succesfully installed fftw  
3.3.2 and openmpi 1.4.3
When I try to configure gromacs with

./configure --with-fft=fftw3 --enable-shared --enable-mpi

the shell reply me with this error:

configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (off_t)
See `config.log' for more details.

what does it mean? Do you need a copy of config.log?
