[gmx-users] .tdr file not created

Dear Sir,
       I copied the tutor folder to some local path(say Dektop) and tried to
execute from there. So the problem of secyurity issues with acces previleges
won,t be there I think. BUt still I am not able to run the examples.Whether
any installation problems or I have to reinstall the software.
