[gmx-users] Fw: How can I use trjorder ?

Dear all
 
I need to count the number of  H2 atom that is standing on the top of my sheet with distinct distance in my system . I 'd like use trjorder for it but don't know how can I use and after I make .xvg and .xtc file from trjorder command what should I do for numbering H2 atom ? 
 
any help will highly appreciated.
