[gmx-users] Regarding coupling constant

Dear all,
         I am trying repeat a work in which  the system  is coupled to the
Andersen thermostat  in which they say they  use  a coupling constant p =
0.0003 .

could anyone of you tell me does it mean  tau_t is  0.0003. Any help
appreciated
