[gmx-users]mdrun using old version

Hi gmx-users,

I don't know why, but my mdrun suddenly started to use the 4.0.7 version while I have installed only the 4.5.4 version.

I have reinstalled gromacs 4.5.4 but when I run mdrun it still want to use the 4.0.7 version and can not read the tpr file.
