[gmx-users] problem regarding installation of gromacs-4.5.5

You need to source the GMXRC file
Follow http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/Installation_Instructions

For bash shell: if your executables are in /usr/local/gromacs/bin

$source /usr/local/gromacs/bin/GMXRC
