[gmx-users] Segmentation fault

Hi ,
      Thank you for help.
I solve my problem for LINCS error
But now I have another problem
after mdrun command
gromacs output

 Making 1D domain decomposition 4 x 1 x 1
starting mdrun 'Martini system from nap.pdb'
5000 steps,    100.0 ps.
step 0Segmentation fault

Please give the valuable suggestion..
