[gmx-users] About Distance.pl script

Dear justin , Thank you for your previous reply
When i Download and  run Distance.pl script In your website I got the following error


readline() on closed filehandle IN at ./Distance.pl line 16.
Use of uninitialized value $distance in concatenation (.) or string at ./Distance.pl line 30.

How to rectify this error ?
