[gmx-users] gromacs 4.6.1 on win7?

Dear gmx, 


I tried to install 4.6.1 version through cygwin and got following error by using this command : 


CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:811 (message):
  Cannot find immintrin.h, which is required for AVX intrinsics support.
  Consider switching compiler.



When I use SSE4.1 i got this error :
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:750 (message):  Cannot find smmintrin.h, which is required for SSE4.1 intrinsics support.

Please need an guidance to install it. Thanks.
