[gmx-users] g_cluster Gromos method

Hi,

I want to perform cluster analysis using gromos method.

while using gromos algorithm do we need to iterate it until all data have
been assigned to a cluster.

I am confused as the result of this algorithm provides all the data
assigned to several clusters without any iteration.

Can anyone please provide the steps on how to use g_cluster using gromos
method.
