Dear all I would like to apply a sinusoidal strain (uniaxial or shear) in my simulation box, but as I understand, this is not possible when using the "deform" command, since it only gives a constant-velocity deformation. Is there any other way to do it in GROMACS? Thanks in advance Chrysostomos
