[gmx-users] Help needed in installation

Hi Sonika,

cmake needs a specification of the path where the source code is. In
addition to that, it is best to build it in a separate directory. As
explained on the website, in your gromacs directory:

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ../
make
make install
