[gmx-users] DSSP Installation Error

Hi everyone!

I am trying to install DSSP on a Linux machine (kernel:
2.6.38.6-26.rc1.fc15.i686). However, I am running into some issues that I
cannot figure out. I was wondering if you can help me and provide any
suggestions as to how I could fix this.

Briefly, I installed related Boost libraries (boost-1.53.0) and other
related dependencies such as C++. I also downloaded the dssp-2.1.0.tgz
tarball and extracted all files in the following local directory on my
atlas Linux machine:
atlas:/home/amjad/dssp-2.1.0

When I run "make" on the command line, I get the following output:

Can anyone help me as to how I can fix this Error. I would greatly
appreciate any suggestions that you may have.
