[gmx-users] Gromacs-4.6 installation on cygwin problem

I am trying to install Gromacs-4.6 on cygwin.
It compiles and installs properly, but at the end it
shows error while issuing any command.
like
$ g_luck
/usr/local/gromacs/bin/g_luck.exe: error while loading shared libraries:
cyggmx-6.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I went through the error in the mailing list and I got

I could not get how to follow this suggestion, i.e
shall I go to the complete installation process or
at which step shall I include this
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local -DGMX_GPU=OFF
-DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=OFF ../gromacs-4.6

It would be great help ....please elaborate the steps.
I am installing the gromacs-4.6 on my desktop mostly for the analysis
purpose.
